Trust the Three Guides Within

There are moments in life when logic cannot offer the full answer. When the mind becomes clouded by noise, overthinking, or fear, it helps to turn inward. Inside each of us are three powerful guides that speak through sensation, feeling, and alignment.

Your intuition is the quiet knowing that does not require evidence. It does not shout or demand attention. It simply suggests a path that often feels natural and familiar.

Your nervous system responds through the body. It signals stress or ease without needing words. A slow breath, a tense stomach, or relaxed shoulders all carry messages that reveal whether something is right for you.

Your values provide direction. They help define what matters most and keep you anchored to your principles. When choices reflect your values, there is peace. When they do not, discomfort follows.

Yung Pueblo said it well. Trust the three guides inside of you. When unsure, close your eyes and feel your truth. Clarity often lives in stillness.

You do not always need outside advice or lengthy debate. You need the courage to trust what you already sense to be right.

The guidance you seek is already within you. All you have to do is listen.
